Cancellation Policy

A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 deposit of the service fee is required to reserve your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we are happy to accommodate you as best as we can. To cancel or reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required to transfer the deposit fee to another booking time. Last minute cancellations, No call, No show will forfeit your deposit. In order to book another service, the following will be due: 1.) 100% payment of the appointment you missed. 2.)$25 deposit if you'd like to schedule your next appt. We reserve the right to refuse service.
