APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENT​​

• Must be at-least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.

• Arrive on time.

• No extra guests including children unless asked beforehand.

• Cash, NavyFed, and Paypal Payments accepted.

• $25 deposit is require to secure your appointment. If payment is not made within 24 hours then appointment will automatically be canceled.

• NO REFUNDS.

• Have read, understand and agree to cancellation policy.

LASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS

• For Refills, less than 50% of lashes left will result in a Full Set and will be charged as such.

• NO FOREIGN FILLS - please book a Full Set + Removal.

• Please arrive with no eye makeup + clean lashes. If you need to clean your lashes or use the restroom please come early.

• Prices are subject to change upon consultation.

• Avoid drinking Caffeine.

WAX or THREAD

• For eyebrow services, please come without any make up.

• For Brazilians, please make sure your hair is at least 1/4 long to ensure a clean hair removal and exfoliate gently a day before appointment.

         

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLING

• Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 48 hours of your appointment by contacting us. If you reschedule more than once, a full deposit will be required and it is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

• Last minute cancellation/No shows will result in 100% of the service charge, payment will be requested by Paypal. 

• Failure to comply with the policy will result in a cancelled appointment and will not be able to rebook. I reserve the rights to refuse service to any client.
   

LATE POLICY​

• 15+ mins late = your appointment will be automatically cancelled and charged for the "no show" fee.
