Cancellation Policy

100% deposits are required to secure your appointment. If payment is not made within 24 hours then appointment will automatically be canceled. Cash, NavyFed, and Paypal Payments accepted. Here are the steps to secure the appointment. 1.) Cash : Please make payment in person within 24 hours. 2.) Paypal : iLuxebeautystudio@gmail.com under "Friends and Family" and write down the date of appt you scheduled for and the name of artist that you are scheduled with. 3.) NavyFed : Please reach out to your artist for the email to send payment too. Once you book your appointment, there are no refunds. Your commitment is essential. We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we are happy to accommodate you as best as we can. To cancel or reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required to transfer the payment fee to another booking time available. We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients. When you book an appointment with us, we expect that you are prepared to fulfill the payment either way, the only difference is that we’re asking in advance to ensure your commitment. We reserve the right to refuse service.
