Lirone Veksler
Hi Guys! I'm Lirone, a lash and brow specialist based in the beautiful island of Guam. Since I was young, I've always been passionate about traveling, but I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up.
However, as I attended a boarding school in the middle east, I discovered that beauty was in high demand, and I realized that it was a passion I could take anywhere I go. A makeup artist once told me that "beauty is an art everyone can understand," and that gave me the confidence to pursue my dreams with the knowledge that there were no language barriers.
After graduation, I decided to focus on what I love and bring it back to Guam. I take pride in keeping up with the latest trends and styles and always make an effort to learn more.
I graduated from Esthetics in 2016 and received further training and certification to enhance my skills from renowned institutions such as The Lash Academy in Singapore, LashBoxLA in California, MonaNisa Beauty Academy in Thailand, Phibrows Brows Academy in the Philippines and Advanced Microblading/Shading Katie Dang in Hawaii. Additionally, I've completed a few online courses to further enhance my skills.

Hello iLuxe family! My name is Seila Downey and I am born and raised here on this beautiful island of Guam. I graduated college with a BA from California State University Northridge and also have my cosmetology license from Paul Mitchell. I have been in this beauty business for about 7 years and still love it! While I was living in California, I began this love for lashes when I first started to get mine done.
I was curious to see what else I can play with my license since I did NOT like doing hair, so I finally took a class and fell in LOVE with it. I also had interest in permanent makeup from a former client of mine telling me about her friend who is booked out for months doing brows, so I took the class and brought these two services back to Guam. I told myself as I moved back home that I will make a name for myself and have my own business in 5 years. Took 7 years, but we are finally here and happy to call iLuxe my own!
